<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3 9 b <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING SECTION 15.020, SETTING <br /> <br />FORTH THE AMOUNT OF APPLICATION FEE FOR VACATING STREETS <br /> <br />OR ALLEYS. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by amending Section 15.030 so as to read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />15.030. Fees. To defray administrative costs <br /> <br />of proceeding of requests for amendments to the Zoning Map, <br /> <br />variances, special permits or vacating a street or alley, <br /> <br />a fee shall be paid by the applicant as follows: <br /> <br />Application for Rezoning <br /> <br />$25.00 <br /> <br />Variance to the Code <br /> <br />$25.00 <br /> <br />Special Permit <br /> <br />$25.00 <br /> <br />Vacating Street or Alley <br /> <br />$25.00 <br /> <br />Fees shall be payable at the time applications are <br /> <br />filed with the Village Clerk and are not refundable unless <br /> <br />application is withdrawn prior to referral to the Planning <br /> <br />Conunission. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be ~n force <br />
