<br />VILLAGE OF RQSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 398 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE /\r-1ENDINC TIlE VILLACE CODE OF THE VILL/\CE OF <br />ROSEVILLE BY ADDING SECTION 12.050 TIIIRETO, SETTING FORTIf PROCEDURES <br />FOR APPLICATION TO VACATE STREETS OR ALLEYS. <br /> <br />The Village Counci 1 of the Vi 11 are of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Villap;e of Rosevi1le is hereby amended <br />by adding Section 12.050 so as to read as follows: <br /> <br />12.050. Procedure for Vacating Street or I\lley. Any aptllication <br />to vacate a street or alley shall be accompanied by payment of the <br />amount set forth in Section 15.030 and by an abstractor's certified <br />property certificate showing the property owners within 250 feet of <br />the street or alley desired to be vacated. The application shall be <br />heard by the Planninrr Commission and by the Village Council upon the <br />same published notice, mailing notice and hearin~ procedure as set forth <br />in Sections 16.020 and 16.030 except that the notice shall contain a <br />description of the location of the street or alley desired to be <br />vacated. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />its passage and publication. <br /> <br />Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville this <br />15th day of .July, 1963. <br /> <br />~'Ia~ ~ <br /> <br />ATTEST:~/ ~J <br /> <br />er <br />
