<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~ 0 I <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. BY AMENDING CHAPTER 86 <br /> <br />THEREOF. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by amending Chapter 86 so as to read as follows: <br /> <br />86. Traffic Rules <br /> <br />86.010. Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 169, Incorporated <br /> <br />bv Reference. The regulatory provisions and definitions of <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes 1961, Chapter 169, as amended by Minnesota <br /> <br />Laws 1963 are hereby adopted as an ordinance regulating the use <br /> <br />of highways, streets, alleys and other portions of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville, and are hereby incorporated in and made a part of <br /> <br />this ordinance as completely as if set out here in full. <br /> <br />86.020. Rules on Private Parkinq Lots. No person shall <br /> <br />operate a motor vehicle on any private parking lots within the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville at a speed greater than is safe and reasonable <br /> <br />under the conditions of traffic then existing therein, and in no <br /> <br />event shall exceed a speed of 15 miles per hour. Parking of <br /> <br />vehicles on such lots shall conform to any stalls or positions <br /> <br />for parking designated on the surface of the parking area and <br /> <br />no vehicle shall be parked or allowed to stand in any area of <br />
