<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ,1/0 ~.. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THE SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 168, <br /> <br />AND ADOPTING NEW SECTIONS FOR CHAPTER 168 RELATING TO THE <br /> <br />ADOPTION BY REFERENCE OF VARIOUS OFFENSES UNDER MINNESOTA <br /> <br />STATUTES. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The following sections of the Village Code of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville are hereby repealed: Sections 168.010, <br /> <br />168.020, 168.030, 168.040, 168.050, 168.060, 168.070, 168.080. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by amending Chapter 168 to read as follows: <br /> <br />168. Various Statutes Relatinq to <br />Offenses Adopted bv Reference <br /> <br />168.005. Unlawful Assembly. M.S.A. Section 609.705, <br /> <br />relating to unlawful assembly, is incorporated by reference <br /> <br />in this chapter. <br /> <br />168.015. Disorderlv Conduct. M.S.A. Section 609.72, <br /> <br />relating to disorderly conduct, is incorporated by reference <br /> <br />in this chapter. <br />
