<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. -..!LtJ 5" <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. BY ADDING CHAPTER 117 THERETO. <br /> <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of RoseviUe is hereby amended <br /> <br />by adding Chapter 117 thereto, said Chapter to read as follows: <br /> <br />117. Amusement Devices <br /> <br />117.010. License Required. No amusement device shall <br /> <br />be operated in the Village of Roseville without the owner or operator <br /> <br />thereof, and the machine itself, being licensed as herein set forth. The <br /> <br />owner or operator of each machine must secure a license known as an <br /> <br />"operator's license, \I which operator's license shall entitle the holder <br /> <br />thereof to operate two amusement devices, or machines. However for <br /> <br />the third such machine, and each additional machine thereafter which is <br /> <br />operated by the licensed owner or operator, a separate license for each <br /> <br />such machine shall be required. <br /> <br />117.020. Definition. For the purposes of this Chapter, an <br /> <br />amusement device shall be any game, machine or device that requires the <br /> <br />payment of money to play the game or operate the machine or device, and <br /> <br />which is operated so as to possibly reward the player or operator with <br /> <br />additional games or operations without additional payment of money. <br />
