<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 24th day of February, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, Cush- <br />man, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8758 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A <br />WATER-SKI COURSE AND WATER-SKI JUMP ON LAKE OWASSO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association has requested <br />approval of a water-ski course and water-ski jump on Lake Owasso¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association has received <br />approval for a water-ski course and jump on Lake Owasso for a number <br />of years¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have bee no significant obj ections to the water-ski <br />course and jump¡ <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville does hereby recommend to the appropriate governing authority <br />that the Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association request for a water-ski <br />course and water-ski jump on Lake Owasso be approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Maschka, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, Cush- <br />man, and V.
