<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDIN~~CE NO. 408 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY ADDING SECTION 10.275 THERETO. <br /> <br />ordains: <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br /> <br />by adding Section 10.275 thereto, so as to read as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />10.275. Industrial Storage. <br /> <br /> <br />A) The following storage shall be conducted wholly within <br /> <br /> <br />an enclosed structure: <br /> <br />a) Inoperative equipment; <br /> <br /> <br />b) Inoperative vehicles. <br /> <br /> <br />B) The following storage shall be conducted wholly within <br /> <br /> <br />an area enclosed by a solid opaque wall or fence no less than eight <br /> <br />feet (8') in height: <br /> <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />d) <br />e) <br /> <br />Building materials and lumber sales; <br />Areas used for rental yards; <br /> <br />Farm machinery sales, feed sales and bulk <br /> <br />firewood sales; <br />Dirt, sand, gravel and rock sales; <br /> <br />Heavy equipment sales. <br />
