<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. LlI/ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS ' <br /> <br />AMENDED, BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO <br /> <br />SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, the property <br /> <br />owners filed an application with the Village Clerk in the form of a <br /> <br />written request to rezone from "B-3" to IR-3" the following described <br /> <br />real property, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Three (3), Block Six (6), St. Anthony Plaza Plat 1, <br />According to the plat thereof on file and of record in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to the <br /> <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council that said <br /> <br />property be rezoned to "R-3"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice, held <br /> <br />a public hearing on said matter on the 2nd day of March, 1964 at the <br /> <br />Village Hall at its regular Council meeting. <br />
