<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~ :l <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY ADDING THERETO CHAPTER <br /> <br />125. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by adding thereto Chapter 125, which shall read as follows: <br /> <br />125. Burial of the Dead <br /> <br />125.010. No Burial Outside of Cemeteries. No burial of <br /> <br />any dead body, nor any part of the dead body of a human being I nor <br /> <br />any other disposition thereof, shall be made in any place which is not <br /> <br />a duly dedicated cemetery. <br /> <br />125.020. Cemeteries Must Have Fences. All areas of <br /> <br />land designated as cemeteries shall be surrounded by a suitable fence <br /> <br />to prohibit ingress and egress of persons except through the duly <br /> <br />dedicated gates, and such gates shall be approved by the Village <br /> <br />Building Inspector. <br />
