U:3 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 250 OF THE VILLAGE <br /> <br />CODE BY MAKING THE PERSONNEL ORDINANCE APPLICABLE TO <br /> <br />POLICEMEN. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by changing Section 250.020 to read as follows: <br /> <br />250.020. Scope of Ordinance. The personnel <br /> <br />ordinance shall establish the employment relationship of <br /> <br />all Village employees except the following: <br /> <br />(1) All elected officials and members of boards <br /> <br />and commissions. <br /> <br />(2) Employees of the Volunteer Fire Department. <br /> <br />(3) Village Clerk; Village Engineer; Village <br /> <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />(4) Temporary employees hired by the day or week <br /> <br />to perform unskilled or semi-skilled work. <br />
