<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILJ:,E/ <br />ORDINANCE NO. .:iE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY ADDING THERETO SECTION <br /> <br />NO. 70.025. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville ordains; <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minne3ota, is <br /> <br />hereby amended by adding thereto Section 70.025, which shall read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />70.025. Use of Certain BuildinQs Restricted. No person, <br /> <br />firm or corporation shall use any building, nor allow any other person <br /> <br />to use such building, which building is not connected to the Municipal <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer System as required by Section 70.020 of the Village Code <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Minne sota. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its publication and passage. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, this <br /> <br />~ day of April, 1964. <br /> <br />G <br /> <br />:;i~J?
