(if:) <br /> <br />* * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY AMENDING SECTION 10.275 <br /> <br />OF SAID VILLAGE CODE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by amending Section 10.275 so as to read as follows: <br /> <br />10.275. Industrial Storaqe. <br /> <br />(1) Inoperative equipment, with "inoperative" being <br /> <br />interpreted to mean a state of malfunction, physical deterioration, or <br /> <br />some other physical condition rendering the equipment incapable of <br /> <br />being properly utilized for its intended purpose and in need of repairs, <br /> <br />disposal or replacement. <br /> <br />(2) Inoperative vehicles, with "inoperative" being <br /> <br />interpreted to mean a state of malfunction, deterioration, or other <br /> <br />physical condition rendering the vehicle incapable of movement under <br /> <br />its own power. Such vehicles would include those involved in <br /> <br />accidents, awaiting engine repairs, in need of body repair or painting <br /> <br />and similar conditions. <br />
