<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO.::JLJ <br /> <br />* * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY AMENDING SECTION 10.030 <br /> <br />OF SAID VILLAGE CODE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by amending Section 10.030 so as to read as follows: <br /> <br />10.030. Front Yard Set-Back. The minimum front yard <br /> <br />set-back shall be 40 feet in all industrial districts. Side yards facing <br /> <br />streets on corner lots shall be considered the same as front yards. <br /> <br />Where a front yard, or side yard of a corner lot faces a residential <br /> <br />district across a street, the set-back from the street shall be not less <br /> <br />than 60 feet. Parking of vehicles will be permitted within 40 feet of any <br /> <br />front yard line where the lot faces a residential district and to within <br /> <br />20 feet of any front lot line when not facing a residential district except <br /> <br />that in no instance shall parking be within 40 feet of a front lot line in <br /> <br />that area directly between the principal building and a front lot line. <br /> <br />All yard space between the set-back and the street right-of-way line not utilized <br /> <br />for parking of vehicles shall be landscaped with grass I trees, and other <br /> <br />features as may be appropriate. <br />
