<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO.3lJ3 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY AMENDING SECTION 10.050 <br /> <br />OF SAID VILLAGE CODE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />by amending Section 10.050 so as to read as follows: <br /> <br />10.050. Set-Back Where Industrial Tract Adjoins Residential <br /> <br />District. Where the side yard of any industrial tract adjoins a <br /> <br />residential district, the minimum side yard set-back shall be 60 feet. <br /> <br />Parking of vehicles and open storage will be permitted within 40 feet of <br /> <br />the side yard line.
