MINNESOTA BY ADDING THERETO SECTION <br /> <br />NOS. 66.710, 66.720, and 66.730. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by adding Section 66.710, Section 66.720 <br /> <br />and Section 66.730, which shall read as follows: <br /> <br />66.710. Permits Required for Private Use of <br /> <br />Water Towers. No person, firm or corporation shall install <br /> <br />any radio aerial on, or in any way use, any municipal water <br /> <br />tower for private use without first obtaining a permit from <br /> <br />the Village Council to do so. <br /> <br />66.720.
