Fire Zone s. The following shall be and are <br /> <br />hereby declared to be the fire limits: <br /> <br />Zone 1 <br /> <br />As outlined and described in an ordinance entitled: <br />"An Ordinance Creating and Establishing Fire Zones". <br />(Note: Probably not applicable to Roseville) <br /> <br />Zone 2 <br /> <br />As outlined and de scribed in an ordinance entitled: <br />"An Ordinance Creating and Establishing Fire Zones". <br />including all I-I, I-2, B-l. B-2, B-3. and S-C Zoning <br />Districts. <br /> <br />Zone 3 <br /> <br />The entire Village of Roseville except for those areas <br />included in Zone 1 and Zone 2. <br /> <br />35.480. Application and Validity. All sections of the <br /> <br />Village Code or parts of ordinances of the Village of Roseville in <br /> <br />conflict with this Ordinance and are less restrictive than the <br /> <br />provisions of the Uniform Building Code are hereby repealed; if <br /> <br />said provisions of the Village Code or parts of ordinances of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville or other applicable codes and ordinances are <br /> <br />more re stricti ve, the more re stricti ve provi sions shall apply. <br /> <br />-4- <br />
