<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO..!t..,,;{ :J- <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297 AS <br /> <br />AMENDED, BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO <br /> <br />SECTIONS 16.010,16.020. 16.030 and 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.01O~ 16.020,16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, the property <br /> <br />owners filed an application with the Village Clerk in the form of a <br /> <br />written request to rezone from "R-l" to "B-l" the following described <br /> <br />real property, to-wit: <br /> <br />West 35.27 feet of Lot Two (2) and the West 35.27 <br />feet of the North 17.84 feet of Lot Thirty-One (31). <br />all in Block Three (3), Willmus Homesites Plat 2, <br />according to the plat thereof on file and of record <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for <br />Ram sey County, Minne sota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council that <br /> <br />said property be rezoned to "B-l"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice, held <br /> <br />a public hearing on said matter on the 4th day of May ~ 1964 at the Village <br /> <br />Hall at its regular Council meeting. <br />
