<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 425 <br /> <br />AI'~ ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297 AS AMENDED, <br />BEING '!HE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY AMENDING THE <br />ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16,010, 16.020, <br />16.030 and 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, the <br /> <br />property owners filed an application with the Village Clerk in the <br /> <br />fonn of a written request to rezone from "I-I" to "1-2" the following <br /> <br />described real property, to wit: <br /> <br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Eighteen (18), <br />Nineteen (19) and Twenty (20), Block B, Twin <br />View, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Canrnission, pursuant to due notice <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council that <br /> <br />said property be rezoned to "I - 2"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice, held <br />a public hearing on said matter on the 11th day of May, 1964 at the <br />Village Hall at its regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to said hearing and the reconnnendation <br /> <br />of the Planning Corrnnission that said property be rezoned to "I-2", <br />The Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, ordains: <br />
