<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 426 <br /> <br />k~ ORDINANCE ~ffiNDING ORDINk~CE NO. 297 AS AMENDED, <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY AMENDING THE <br />ZONING CODE At'ID ZONING MAP PURSUk'JT TO SECTIONS 16,010, 16.020, <br />16.030 and 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, the property <br />owners filed an application with the Village Clerk in the form of a <br /> <br />written request to rezone frOll "R-l" to "R-3" the following <br /> <br />described real property, to wit: <br /> <br />The East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the <br />Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 13, <br />Township 29, Range 23, except the North 381.58 <br />feet, all lying and being in Ramsey COtnlty, Mirmesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village COtnlcil by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning COIlIDlission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council that <br /> <br />said property be rezoned to "R-3"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village COtnlcil, pursuant to due notice, held <br />a public hearing on said matter on the 11th day of May, 1964 at the <br />Village Hall at its regular Council meeting. <br />NOW, lHEREFORE, pursuant to said hearing and the recOIlIDlendation <br />of the Planning Commission that said property be rezoned to "R-3", <br /> <br />The Village C01.ID.cil of Roseville, Minnesota, ordains: <br />
