<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. !z!::!7 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY ADDING THERETO CHAPTER <br /> <br />FIFTY (50). <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville I Minne sota I <br /> <br />ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Ro seville, Minne sota, <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding thereto Chapter 50, which shall read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />50. FIRE PREVENTION CODE. <br /> <br />50.010. Adoption of Fire Prevention Code. There is <br /> <br />hereby adopted by the Village of Roseville for the purpose of <br /> <br />prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and <br /> <br />property from fire or explosion, that certain code known as the Fire <br /> <br />Prevention Code, recommended by the National Board of Fire <br /> <br />Underwriters, being particularly the 1960 edition thereof and the whole <br /> <br />thereof, save and except such portions as are hereinafter deleted, <br /> <br />modified or amended (by Section 50.060 of this Ordinance), of which <br /> <br />Code not less than three (3) copies have been and now are filed in <br /> <br />the office of the Clerk of the Village of Roseville and the same are <br />
