<br />50.030. Definitions. <br /> <br />(a) Wherever the word II Municipalityll is used in <br /> <br />the Fire Prevention Code, it shall be held to mean the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(b) Wherever the term "Corporation Counsel" is <br /> <br />used in the Fire Prevention Code I it shall be held to mean the <br /> <br />Attorney for the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />50.040. Establishment of Limits of Districts In Which <br /> <br />Storage of Flammable Liquids In Outside Aboveground Tanks Is To <br /> <br />Be Prohibited. <br /> <br />(a) The limits referred to in Section 16.22 A of the <br /> <br />Fire Prevention Code in which storage of flammable liquids in outside <br /> <br />aboveground tanks is prohibited are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br />All areas other than that area bounded by Cleveland Avenue, T .H. #36. <br /> <br />the north Village limits and the west Village limits. <br /> <br />(b) The limits referred to in Section 16.51 of the <br /> <br />Fire Prevention Code, in which new bulk plants for flammable liquids <br /> <br />are prohibited, are hereby established as follows: All areas other than <br /> <br />that area bounded by Cleveland Avenue, T.
