<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. #=.--<Y <br />* * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY ADDING THERETO <br /> <br />SECTION 12.045. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville I <br /> <br />Minnesota, ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding thereto Section 12.045, which shall read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />12.045. Bond Required For Screening. If the Village <br /> <br />Camcil requires any type of screening as a condition to any type of <br /> <br />variance or special use permit, the applicant must file with the Village <br /> <br />Clerk the following: <br /> <br />(1) Copy of the screening plans to be planted <br /> <br />or constructed. <br /> <br />(2) Bond in an amount of one and one-half times <br /> <br />the engineer's estimate of the cost of planting the screening, with <br /> <br />a condition in said bond requiring the screening to be planted or <br />
