<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. !;t2< 9 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY ADDING THERETO <br /> <br />SECTION 10.265. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Ro seville, Minne sota, <br /> <br />is hefeby amended by adding thefeto Section 10.265, which shall read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />10.265. Bond Required For Screening. Before any <br /> <br />building permit is issued in an industrial district for any building so <br /> <br />located so as to require any type of sCfeening pUfsuant to the RoseviUe <br /> <br />Village Code, the applicant must file with the Village Clerk the <br /> <br />following: <br /> <br />(1) Copy of the screening plans to be planted <br /> <br />Of constructed. <br /> <br />(2) Bond in an amount of one and one-half times <br /> <br />the engineer's estimate of the cost of the planting the screening, with <br /> <br />a condition in said bond requiring the screening to be planted or <br /> <br />constructed to be maintained for at least two (2) years, said bond to be <br /> <br />approved by the Village Clerk and the Village Building Inspector. <br />
