<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. .!:t3c <br />* * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY ADDING THERETO <br /> <br />SECTION 252.055. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding thereto Section 252.055, which shall <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />252.055. Vacation Pay on Termination of Employment. <br /> <br />An employee who terminates his employment with less than six (6) <br /> <br />months of service credits shall receive no vacation pay upon termination; <br /> <br />an employee who terminates his employment after six (6) months of <br /> <br />service credits, shall receive upon termination a pro rata of unused <br /> <br />vacation pay, provided that such unused vacation pay is approved by <br /> <br />the Village Council upon the basis that such employment was not <br /> <br />terminated for unsatisfactory performance. <br />
