<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~33>- <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297 AS AMENDED, <br /> <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY AMENDING <br /> <br />THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, <br /> <br />16.020, 16.030 and 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pur~uant to Sections 16. OlO, 16.020, 16.030 and <br /> <br />16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, the property <br /> <br />owners filed an application with the Village Clerk in the form of a written <br /> <br />request to rezone from "R-l" to "R-3" the following described real <br /> <br />property, to-wit: <br /> <br />Subject to State Trunk Highway 8-63, the Northwesterly <br />75 Feet of the Southwesterly 2191 Feet measured on the <br />centerline of said State Trunk Highway from South line of <br />the Northwest Quarter of the Northwesterly 290.4 Feet of <br />part of the Northwest Quarter, Southeasterly of said <br />centerline in Section Five (5), Township Twenty-nine (29), <br />Range Twenty-three (23), Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to the <br /> <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council that <br /> <br />said property be rezoned to IR-3" and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice, held a <br /> <br />public hearing on said matter on the 10th day of August, 1964 at the <br /> <br />Village Hall at its regular Council meeting; <br />
