<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO .4!I-'f <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE <br /> <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. BY AMENDING SECTION 12.040 THEREOF. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />is hereby amended by amending Section 12.040 thereof, so as to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />12.040. Procedure for Variances. Any owner of land <br /> <br />may file an application for a variance by paying the amount <br /> <br />set forth in Section 15.030. and by providing the Village with <br /> <br />an abstractor's certified property certificate showing the <br /> <br />property owners within 250 feet of the outer boundaries of <br /> <br />the parcel of land on which the variance is requested. The <br /> <br />application shall then be heard by the Planning Commission <br /> <br />upon the same published notice, mailing notice and hearing <br /> <br />procedure as set forth in Section 16.020. The matter shall <br /> <br />then be heard by the Village Council without a public hearing. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br /> <br />and after its publication and passage. <br />
