<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. L/.Lj'~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297 AS <br /> <br />AMENDED, BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE" MINNESOTA" BY <br /> <br />AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO <br /> <br />SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant 10 Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and <br /> <br />16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, the property owners <br /> <br />filed an application with the Village Clerk in the form of a written request <br /> <br />to rezone from "I_I" to "B-3" the fOllowing described real property, to-wit: <br /> <br />That part of the East Two Hundred Thirty-Three Feet <br />(E.2331) of the South Six Hundred Feet (S.600') of <br />the East One-Half of the Southwest Quarter (E .1/2 of <br />S.W.l/4) of Section Four (4), Township Twenty (20), <br />Range Twenty-Three (23), lying Northerly of the <br />Northern Pacific Railway Companyl s right of way <br />according to the United States Government Survey <br />thereof, and subject to Ramsey County Road "C" and <br />subject to Fairview Avenue, the boundary lines of the <br />property are hereby fixed and established as outlined <br />by certificate of survey made by Donald O. Carley, <br />Dated January 12, 1955, and on file in the office of <br />the Clerk of District Court for Ramsey County in Land <br />Registration File No. 8262. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to the <br /> <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council that <br /> <br />said property be rezoned to "B_3" and <br />
