<br />(33) Tools and hardware, such as bolts, nuts and screws, <br />door knobs, drills, hand tools and cutlery, hinges, <br />house hardware, locks, non-ferrous metal castings and <br />plumbing appliance s . <br />(34) Toys. <br />(35) Upholstering (bulk) including mattress manufacturing, <br />rebuilding and renovating. <br />(36) Vehicles, chilcten IS - such as bicycles, scooters, wagons <br />and baby carriages. <br />(37) Wood products, such as furniture, boxes, crates, baskets <br />and pencils and cooperage works. <br />(38) Vaults, caskets and burial vaults. <br /> <br />Upon application, it is the policy of the Village Council to consider <br /> <br />amendments to the Zoning Code which would add to this list those uses <br /> <br />which are not specified in the Code but are compatible with listed permitted <br /> <br />uses. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, is <br /> <br />hereby amended by amending Section 10.300 thereof so as to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />10.300. Permitted Uses in General Industrial Districts. The <br /> <br />following uses are permitted in areas zoned for general industry: <br /> <br />(1) Any use permitted in an I-I Light Industrial District. <br />(2) Aircraft, including parts. <br />(3) Automobiles, trucks and trailers (including parts) assembly <br />and engine rebuilding. <br />(4) Automobile, truck and trailer body repair. <br />(5) Building materials, miscellaneous, such as prefabricated <br />houses, composition wall boards, partitions and panels. <br />(6) Chemicals, not involving noxious odors or dangers from <br />fire or explosives, such as adhesives, bleaching products, <br />blueing, calcimine, dye stuffs (except anilise dyes), <br />essential oils, plaster of paris, and vegetable gelatin, <br />glue and size. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
