<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. !L!I7 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY AMENDING SECTIONS <br /> <br />20.070 (2)(a) and 20.090 (4)(a) THEREOF. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Ra:;eville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, is <br /> <br />hereby amended by amending Section 20.070 (2)(a) so as to read as <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />(a) All right-of-way widths shall confirm to the following <br /> <br />minimum dimensions: <br /> <br />Collector streets <br />Minor streets <br />Marginal access and <br />Cul-de- sac streets <br /> <br />70' <br />60' <br /> <br />60. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, is <br /> <br />hereby amended by amending Section 20.090 (4)(a) so as to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />(a) All streets shall be improved with pavements to an <br /> <br />over-all width in accordance with the following minimum dimensions: <br />
