<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~:Y <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY AMENDING CHAPTER 80 <br /> <br />THEREOF. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minne sota, <br /> <br />ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, is <br /> <br />hereby amended by repealing and deleting therefrom in its entirety, <br /> <br />Section 80.020 (5). <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, MinnESota, is <br /> <br />hereby amended by amending Section 80.030 thereof so as to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />80.030. Grading. The full width of the right-of-way shall <br /> <br />be graded, including the subgrade of areas to be paved, in accordance <br /> <br />with the design prepared and staked by the Village Engineer and in <br /> <br />accordance with the Minnesota Department of Highways Standard <br /> <br />Specifications for Highway Construction dated January 1, 1964. <br />
