<br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due <br /> <br />notice and public hearing made its recommendation to the <br /> <br />Village Council that said property be rezoned to "I-I" and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />held a public hearing on said matter on the 4th day of January, <br /> <br />1965, at the Village Hall at its regular Council meeting; <br /> <br />NOW.
