<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 456 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY AMENDING SECTION 10.275 <br /> <br />OF SAID VILLAGE CODE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by amending Section 10.275 so as to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />10.275. Industrial Storaqe. <br /> <br />(ll The following storage shall be conducted <br /> <br />wholly within an enclosed structure: <br /> <br />aJ Inoperative equipment, with "inoperative" <br /> <br />being interpreted to mean a state of malfunction, physical <br /> <br />deterioration, or some other physical condition rendering the <br /> <br />equipment incapable of being properly utilized for its intended <br /> <br />purpose and in need of repairs, disposal or replacement. <br /> <br />b) Inoperative vehicles, with "inoperative" <br /> <br />being interpreted to mean a state of malfunction, deterioration, <br /> <br />or other physical condition rendering the vehicle incapable of <br /> <br />movement under its own power.
