<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ij67 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville I Minnesota, <br /> <br />doe s hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village of Shoreview, Minnesota, is hereby granted <br /> <br />permission and authority. subject to all of the terms and conditions of <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 294 of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as amended, <br /> <br />and subject to all of the terms and conditions expressed in City of Saint <br /> <br />Paul Ordinance No. 10725. as amended, and as may be amended hereafter <br /> <br />by the said City of Saint Paul, to discharge its sanitary sewage into the <br /> <br />Saint Paul sewage system from the following described area within the <br /> <br />Village of Ro seville I to-wit: <br /> <br />The South One-half (S.1/2) of Section Eleven (ll) <br />and all of Sections Twenty-three (23) I Twenty- <br />four (24), Twenty-five (25), Twenty-six (26), <br />Thirty-five (35) and Thirty-six (36), and that part <br />of Section Thirteen (13) lying within the Village of <br />Shore view , all in Township Thirty (30). Range <br />Twenty-three (23), Ramsey County I Minnesota. <br />according to the U. S. Government Survey thereof. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Sewage from the area set forth in Section I above shall all <br /> <br />be discharged through the connection presently existing at the intersection <br /> <br />of County Road liD" and Avon Street, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />
