MINNESOTA. BY ADDING THERETO SECTION <br /> <br />80.075. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding thereto Section <br /> <br />80.075, which reas as follows: <br /> <br />80.075: Exceptions to Pavement, Curb and Gutter <br /> <br />Construction. Where certain streets have been accepted <br /> <br />pursuant to Section 20.080 of this Code prior to December <br /> <br />1, 1964, the Village Council may, upon the showing of an <br /> <br />unusual hardship, permit the remaining streets in the <br /> <br />same plat to be constructed as the old streets were <br /> <br />constructed. This exception shall not apply to any <br /> <br />street construction after January 1, 1966. <br />
