BY AMENDING <br /> <br />THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, <br /> <br />16.020, 16.030 and 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS. pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />the property owners filed an application with the Village <br /> <br />Manager in the form of a written request to rezone from <br /> <br />"R-llI to "I-I" the following described real property, to wit: <br /> <br />West One Quarter (W.l/4) of the North 15 rods <br />of the Southeast Quarter (SE.l/4)of Section Eight <br />(8), Township Twenty-Nine (29), Range Twenty- <br />Three (23). according to the United States <br />Government Survey thereof, subject to all public <br />easements of record. <br /> <br />That part of the West One Quarter (W.l/4) of <br />the North-half (N.l/2) of the Southeast Quarter <br />~E.l/4) of Section Eight (8)Township Twenty- <br />Nine (29), Range Twenty-Three (23) lying South <br />of the North fifteen rods and North of the <br />South Fifty rods, lying and being in Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the Village Council by motion referred same <br />
