<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 474 <br /> <br />* * * ~ * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY ~ffiND!NG CHAPTER 110 THEREOF. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville-is hereby <br /> <br />amended by repealing Chapter 110 thereof in its entirety, and by <br /> <br />substituting in lieu thereof the following Chapter 110, dealing <br /> <br />with food and beverage stores: <br /> <br />110: FOOD ~~D BEVERAGE STORES <br /> <br />110.010. LICENSE REQUIRED. It shall be unlawful for any <br /> <br />person to conduct or operate a food establishment without obtaining <br /> <br />a license therefor. The license issued under this ordinance shall <br /> <br />be known as a food license. <br /> <br />110.020. SHORT TERM PERMITS. Permits for the sale of food <br /> <br />and drink for a period of less than 14 days at community <br /> <br />celebrations, circuses, and other like and similar occasions, may <br /> <br />be issued, upon proper application and the payment of a Ten Dollar <br /> <br />($10.00) fee. The operation of itinerant food establishments must <br /> <br />be in conformity with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />
