<br />The quantity of fresh meat, or "butcher's meat" as it is <br /> <br />known in the trade, shall not exceed the refrigerated storage <br /> <br />and display capacity in the establishment. <br /> <br />(D) All meat and meat products and all poultry and <br /> <br />poultry products received, kept or used for sale in any manner <br /> <br />in any food establishment shall be officially identified as <br /> <br />having been inspected for wholesomeness under the supervision <br /> <br />of the United States Department of Agriculture, or the State of <br /> <br />Minnesota Department of Agriculture, or a Municipal Health <br /> <br />Department approved by the Health Authority of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville or a licensed veterinarian. <br /> <br />110.260. SALES IN STREETS PROHIBITED. No game, fish, <br /> <br /> <br />poultry or butcher's meat shall be offered for sale or sold to <br /> <br /> <br />consumers in streets or alleys or on sidewalks. <br /> <br />110.270. PRESENCE OF FOOD INDICATES INTENT TO SELL. <br /> <br />The presence of any food on the licensed premises is prima facie <br /> <br />evidence of its intend~d sale. <br /> <br />110.280. TOXIC MATERIALS. No poisonous ortoxic substances <br /> <br />which are necessary to maintain sanitary conditions or for <br /> <br />sanitization purposes may be stored in a food storage or preparatic <br /> <br />area. Poisonous and toxic substances shall be identified and shall <br /> <br />be used only in such a manner and under such conditions as shall <br /> <br />-18- <br />
