<br />do not fully meet the requirements of this section, may <br /> <br />be continued in use at the present location or any other <br /> <br />lawful location, if maintained in good repair, capable of <br /> <br />being maintained in a sanitary condition and if food contact <br /> <br />surfaces are nontoxic. Equipment and utensils in storage in <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville may be installed and used if approved <br /> <br />by the Health Authority. Equipment and utensils stored <br /> <br />outside of the Village limits may be used after inspection <br /> <br />and approval by the Health Aughority, and if such inspection <br /> <br />is made outside of the Village limits, the cost shall be <br /> <br />borne by the owner thereof. Such owner shall have the option <br /> <br />of bringing the equipment and utensils into the Village for <br /> <br />inspection, and when brought into the Village for inspection, <br /> <br />no additional inspection fee shall be charged. <br /> <br />Every glass-filling device shall be constructed so <br /> <br />as to prevent any contact of the upper one-third of the glass <br /> <br />with the device, and, in addition, so that no portion of the <br /> <br />device extends into the glass. Single-service utensils or <br /> <br />articles such as, but not limited to, spoons, forks, knives, <br /> <br />cups, straws and bottle caps shall be made from nontoxic <br /> <br />materials and shall have been manufactured, packaged, trans- <br /> <br />ported, stored and handled in a sanitary manner and shall be <br /> <br />discarded after use.
