<br />The Health Authority may permit the sale of food from <br /> <br />food ~stablishments outside the Village of Roseville without <br /> <br />requiring an inspection by a representative of the Roseville <br /> <br />Health Department if local ordinances and reports from local <br /> <br />or other responsible health authorities who have jurisdiction <br /> <br />where such food establishments are located indicate comparable <br /> <br />ordinance and inspection services to those in the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville. <br /> <br />Food shipped interstate and subject to federal inspect- <br /> <br />ion by the Federal Food and Drug Administration, United States <br /> <br />Public Health Service, or other federal agencies may like- <br /> <br />wise be sold within the Village without an inspection of the <br /> <br />place of origin by the Health Authority. Food from such <br /> <br />sources shall be protected from contamination and spoilage <br /> <br />during subsequent handling, packaging and storage and while <br /> <br />in transit. <br /> <br />110.430. SEWAGE AND WASTE DISPOSAL. All sewage and <br /> <br />waste water shall be disposed of into the public sewerage <br /> <br />system. <br /> <br />110.440.. PROCEDURE WHEN INFECTION IS SUSPECTED.
