"77R <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF <br />VOLUNTEER FIREMEN, AND AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. BY AMENDING SECTION 232.010 <br />THEREOF: <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minne sota, <br /> <br />ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />is hereby amended by amending Section 232.010 thereof, which shall <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />232.010. Volunteer Fire Department Established. There is <br /> <br />established a Volunteer Fire Department consisting of a Chief, two <br /> <br />assistant chiefs, a Fire Marshal and assistant fire marshal, and not <br /> <br />less than 15 nor more than 45 firemen. The Chief, with the approval <br /> <br />of the Council, shall determine the number of members of said Department <br /> <br />within the limits herein set forth. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />Minnesota, this~o~day of December, 1965. <br /> <br />f:-f(2~ LA ~l jLC~ <br /> <br />j , <br />. .
