<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~ <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE NAME OF TERRACE DRIVE <br />FOR A PUBLIC STREET LYING AND BEING IN ROSEVILLE, RAMSEY <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />doe s hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The following strip of land, being dedicated by a perpetual <br /> <br />easement for road, street and underground utilities to the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, Minnesota, which land is situated in the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota and is legally described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />A strip of land Sixty (60) feet in width, Thirty (30) feet <br />on either side of the following described line: Beginning <br />at a point on the centerline of Fairview Avenue and Eight <br />Hundred (800) feet South of the North line of the Southeast <br />Quarter (S. E. 1/4) of Section Four (4), Township Twenty- <br />nine (29), Range Twenty-three (23), thence extending ea stward <br />and parallel with the North line of said Quarter section a distance <br />of One Thousand Seventy-three (1073) feet to a point and there <br />terminating; also including all lands within a Sixty (60) foot <br />radius from the above mentioned point of termination, <br /> <br />said easement being dated November 30, 1965 and recorded December 17 , <br /> <br />1965 in Book 2003, on page 766 as Document No. 1665687 in the office of <br /> <br />the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, is hereby designated <br /> <br />and named as Terrace Drive. <br />
