<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO.~J(~ <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS AMENDED <br /> <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY AMENDING <br /> <br />THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, <br /> <br />16.020, 16.030 and 160040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY <br /> <br />FROM "R-l" to IR_3". <br /> <br />WHEREAS ( pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />the property owners filed an application with the Village <br /> <br />Manager in the form of written request to rezone from "R-llI <br /> <br />to IR-3" certain real property hereinafter described, lying <br /> <br />and being in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same <br /> <br />to the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due <br /> <br />notice and public hearing made its recommendation to the <br /> <br />Village Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />held a public hearing on said matter on the 3rd day of May, <br /> <br />1965, at the Village Hall at its regular Council meeting: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to said hearing and the <br /> <br />above procedure, <br />
