<br />THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to <br /> <br />Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code <br /> <br />and Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />All that part of the South three Hundred feet <br />(S.3001) of the East Six Hundred Twenty-three <br />feet (E.6231) of Northeast Quarter of South- <br />west Quarter (NE\ of SW\) of Section Three (3), <br />Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-three <br />(23), except the North One Hundred Fifty feet <br />(N.1501) of East Two Hundred Eighty-three feet <br />(E.283') thereof, subject to Road easements <br />over the East Forty-three feet (E.43') and the <br />South Thirty Feet (S.30J). <br /> <br />All of the above lying and being in Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota, be, and hereby is, rezoned from "R-l" to IR-3", <br /> <br />and that the Zoning Maps be amended so that said property <br /> <br />is classified and zoned as IR-3". <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to <br /> <br />Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code <br /> <br />and Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />The West One Hundred Ten Feet (W.IIO') of the <br />East Two Hundred Eighty three feet (E.283') of <br />the North One Hundred Fifty feet (N.150') of <br />the South Three Hundred feet (S.3001) of the <br />East Six Hundred Twenty-three feet (E.623') of <br />the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />(NE\ of SW\) of Section Three (3), Township <br />Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-three (23). <br /> <br />All of the above lying and being in Ramsey County, <br />
