<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 485_ <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING CHAPTER 120 RELATING TO <br />TRANSIENT MILK DEALERS, AND AMENDING SECTION 100.030 OF <br />THE ROSEVILLE VILLAGE CODE TO SET FORTH LICENSE FEES FOR <br />TRANSIENT MILK DEALERS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />doe s hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adopting Chapter 120 I which shall read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />120. TRANSIENT MILK DEALERS. <br /> <br />l20.010. License Required. No person, firm or corporation <br /> <br />shall engage in the business of a transient milk dealer without first <br /> <br />securing a license to do so. <br /> <br />120.020. Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, a <br /> <br />transient milk dealer is any person, firm or cor poration in the busine s s <br /> <br />of distributing dairy products by motor vehicles. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, is <br /> <br />hereby amended by amending Section 100.030 thereof, by adding, <br /> <br />immediately below the present last line thereof, the following: <br /> <br />"Transient Milk Dealers <br /> <br />120 <br /> <br />(per truck) $10.00" <br />
