<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO.~ <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A PROCEDURE FOR <br />THE GRANTING OF VARIANCES TO THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS. <br />BY AMENDING SECTION 20.140, AND ADDING SECTION 20.145, <br />OF THE ROSEVILLE VILLAGE CODE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, is hereby amended by amending Section 20.140, <br /> <br />and by adding Section 20.145[ to read as follows: <br /> <br />20.140. Variations and Exceptions. In any <br /> <br />case In which the compliance with the provisions of this <br /> <br />Chapter will involve unnecessary hardship, and failure to <br /> <br />comply does not interfere with the purpose of such platting <br /> <br />regulations, the Village Council may waive such compliance <br /> <br />by the adoption of a resolution to that effect. <br /> <br />For an owner or subdivider to divide any tract of <br /> <br />land under this section, he shall file with the Village <br /> <br />Council four (4) copies of a plan showing the tract and <br /> <br />proposed division. <br /> <br />20.145. Procedure for Variances. Any applicant for <br /> <br />a variance pursuant to Section 20.140 shall comply with the <br /> <br />procedure for variances to the Zoning Code as set forth in <br />
