THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: I. That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, that the Zoning Code and Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: All that part of the Northwest Quarter (NW.l/4) of Section Five (5), Township Twenty nine (29), Range Twenty three (23), described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the North- west Quarter (NW.l/4) thence east 2228 feet on the South line of the Northwest Quarter (NW.l/4); thence North 33 feet to the point of beginning of the tract to be described; thence North 300 feet; thence West 150 feet; thence North 952 feet; thence West to the Southeasterly right of way line of Highway 8/63: thence Northeasterly along said right of way line to the Southwesterly line of Northern States Power right of way; thence Southeasterly on said right of way line to the east line of the Northwest Quarter (NW.l/4); thence South along said Quarter (1/4) line to a point being 33 feet North of the South line of the Northwest Quarter (NW.l/4)i thence West to the point of beginning. All of the above lying and being in Ramsey County, Minnesota, be, and hereby is, rezoned from "R-l" to "I-I", and that the Zoning Maps be amended so that said property is classified and zoned as "I-I".
