<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO .#2 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ON BOULEVARD. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />doe s hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />by adding Section 87 .045 to read as follows: <br /> <br />87 .045. Parking on Boulevards Prohibited. No vehicles <br /> <br />shall be parked on any boulevard adjacent to any public street where a <br /> <br />line of demarcation is visible by a curb, edge of pavement or other clear <br /> <br />line indicating a separation of a street and boulevard. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its pa s sage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota this <br /> <br />.:{3/'~ day of May, 19 66. <br /> <br />~~ <br />.
