<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. .lf93 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR REZONING, <br />SPECIAL USE PERMITS, BUILDING RELOCATION AND CERTAIN <br />VARIANCES. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />doe s hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />is hereby amended by amending Sections 7.lBO, l5.030 and 20.140 <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />7 .180. Relocation Permit Required; Application. <br /> <br />Relocations shall require a special permit from the Village Council. <br /> <br />The applicant shall file an application giving the legal description <br /> <br />of the land upon which the building is to be moved, the nature of <br /> <br />the building to be moved, together with a certified property search <br /> <br />of property owners within 250 feet of the new location and pay a fee <br /> <br />according to Section 15.030. <br /> <br />"'~ <br /> <br />l5. 030. Fees. To defray administrative costs of proceed- <br /> <br />ing of requests for amendments to the Zoning Map, variances, special <br /> <br />permits or vacating a street or alley, a fee shall be paid by the <br /> <br />applicant as follows: <br /> <br />Application for Rezoning <br />Special Permit <br />Vacating Street or Alley <br />Variance to Zoning Code <br />Variance to Subdivision Code <br />Building Relocation <br /> <br />$lOO.OO <br />$lOO.OO <br />$100.00 <br />$ 50.00 <br />$ 50.00 <br />$ 50.00 <br />
