<br />VILlAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE No.~96 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING A MINIMUM WATER RATE <br /> <br />CHARGE FOR EXISTING CONNECTIONS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minne sota, doe s hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by adding Section 66.310 (6) to read as follows: <br /> <br />66.3l0 (6). Where a service pipe is connected to the <br /> <br />stop box and laid into the building, with no intention of connecting <br /> <br />to the building piping for use immediately, there shall be the same <br /> <br />minimum rates charged as in Section 66. 310 (1). <br /> <br />In the event the water customer elects to discontinue the <br /> <br />use of the municipal water, the regular or minimum charge shall <br /> <br />continue until such date as the service pipe is excavated and dis- <br /> <br />connected at the stop box. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />this /J"l! day of July, 1966. c:.~(i?oI ""/>W~ <br />E.
