<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. &"97 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING BURNING HOURS <br />WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA, AND <br />REPEALING THE REQUIRMENTS FOR THE PAYMENT OF A FEE <br />TO OBTAIN A BURNING PERMIT. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, is hereby amended by amending Section 166.010 <br /> <br />and Section 166.020 and repealing Section 166.030. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 166.010 shall be amended 80 as to read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />166.010. Burninq of Open Fires. Nor person, <br /> <br />firm or corporation shall set or maintain any open fire, or <br /> <br />shall knowingly furnish the materials for any such fire, or <br /> <br />authorize any such fire to be set, kindled or maintained <br /> <br />within the limits of the Village of Roseville except under <br /> <br />one of the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) Trash or rubbish fires may be maintained <br />in burning receptacles which are designed <br />to prevent burning particles from escaping, <br />and which are 15 feet or more from any <br />building, between the hours of 4 p.m. to <br />10 p.m., seven days a week. <br />
